    Did you try and eat it? Wonder if that smell Carry’s into the meat?

    @Seth I tried the backstrap, which wasn’t bad. It was wrapped in bacon and marinated in Italian dressing.. I wouldn’t eat anything off the hind quarters though, I assumed the smell of there glands would be all I could taste.

    @Evan I do eat the meat. I slow cook it in a crock pot. I make green chili with it. Its pretty good!
