We were given a few chickens from a grower house and we processed and bagged them up. I was excited to have a freezer full. When I cooked them, they were incredibly tough. I’ve reluctant to ever doing that again.

I didn't have any issues with toughness or taste all fall off the bone. Had them on a oat and corn diet then grass finished them. Tender and delicious
