Do you eat the steel head I herd there good and I also herd there not good to eat I just got into river fishing for steel head I never caught one but I hers there tons of fun cant wait to catch one what do you do with them keep them.or realise them

@Ronnie it depends on the water where you fish if it allows it or not. If it’s clean water and you are allowed to keep it then keep it. Cut the head off clean it out and fill it with butter garlic and onion. Wrap it in tin foil and put it on the BBQ. So good.
