I usually grind all mine except the best cuts and either make ground jerky or mix with ground pork and make breakfast sausage for the year!!!

Venison is one of the most versatile meats that I prepare. I use the ground meat for jerky, tacos, chili, queso, meatloaf, burgers, spaghetti, and casseroles! It all turns out great! My wife loves the venison queso!
