    Do you scald any and cure and smoke any part of these pigs or just use as fresh pork. Not familiar with that bred but they may be great cured and smoked.

    @Bruce It is VERY good cured and smoked, but my current busy schedule only allows me to maintain a simple meal plan, no frills until hunting season is over.
