    Dang! That looks delicious. I suppose you could do this with about any meat? I don't have any rattlesnake unfortunately.

    I've eaten rattlesnakes that I've killed and always dried it out. It takes skill to do it right in my opinion. And even dry it was good!

    Thats with any wild game, great if prepared properly, bad if not. Never had rattlesnake before bur more than willing to try it.
