    Dredge in flour, into egg wash, then into batter 👌🏼

    @Drew I have to echo @Manny. This is something I learned way too late in life. The flour clings to the meat, egg wash clings to the flour, batter clings to the egg wash. When I was shown that I had a real 🤦🏼‍♂️moment lol

    Like Manny and Drew said, or I mix my breading with about 1/2 cup beer, or water, till its well mixed but thick. I lay fillets in batter let sit for awhile then place hot grease. 😋😋
