    If you hunt for only a trophy on the wall (think all those “professional” hunters) you aren’t a true sportsman at all.

    @Corey I agree on not hunting only for the trophy on the wall, although I don’t think there’s anything wrong with targeting big animals. Everyone is in a different place in their hunting career and have different priorities.

    @Beau Martonik (East Meets West Hunt) I agree. Targeting big animals and putting effort into it not only gets you an awesome trophy and meat, but also it’s a solid management technique. Deer and elk at their peak are at the end of their life anyway, or close to it.
