Deer Hunting Adventure on Mississippi Island: Raccoons, Game Trails, and Disappointing Results

That's to bad,I hunt the islands on the Mississippi river where I live and always kill deer,I took this one just as it was getting light.

@Parker i would, when gun season opens they always swim to the islands, some stay on year round. I used to commercial fish the river and always saw deer on them every year.

That a bummer about your car. Never thought of hunting the islands that’s a good idea I would really like to try it

Do you have to worry about state lines on the islands?

@Ethan it all depends on the island. I use on-x and check what is state, federal, and private.
