I’m not trying to tell you how to to this but I’m just gonna tell you how I do it. Lol. Cut a Y on the back of the head from both antlers and down the center of the back of the neck. Then just cut around the antlers and peel the hide off like a mask. I do all my own mounts that’s the best way I’ve found to do it.
