Those are the best gifts, the ones that come from your heart. You have an amazing talent and a big heart, together she couldn't have a better husband than you. I am sure she will have tears of joy.

Thank you, @Brian. She deserves far better than me, but she’s stuck so I try to make up for it. ☺️

@Brian you make dream catchers, Brian! You have skills beyond that too...and David surely does as well. All these things that are being done, can be learned. 😊 I personally love wood work and wish I could carve duck decoys. I went to a wood carvers convention and was amazed.

@Lisa you hit the nail on the head. I am self-taught and it has taken me 23 years to reach the level of skill I have today. All of the mistakes I’ve made during that time have been filed away as lesson learned. I don’t like to learn things the hard way, but sometimes that’s what it takes.

Such good words! Your time invested in learning shows on the masterpieces you create. I'm getting to the place that I'm unsure how much longer my hands can do the baskets. I have the makings of an elk quilt (old lady stuff, here I come!) and will tackle that eventually.
So happy your wife was moved to tears! Heart connections is where it's at! 🤜🏼🤛🏼 You're a good man, as are all those that have commented here. I pray for you guys each by name every night. Wears me out!😆😉Lisa

@Gobbler great job! A hand made heirloom from a piece of their life. I’m not sure it gets more sentimental. Love it!
