I fried mine in bear fat. It was delicious.

I've always said I thought any cat or dog would be good with an Asian recipe. Folks eat them over there all the time, more than we realize. Its the country folks too, the Asian city dwellers are just like the ones we have here, squeamish when it comes to these things. Excellent use for the animal!
