After much deliberation between the Tika and the Ruger American Predator for my 22-250, I decided to go with the Ruger topped with a Vortex Diamondback 3.5-10x50. The Tika is a nicer rifle but I wanted a gun to be used, and abused to a point. And after studying I found the Ruger had a 1:10 twist which is not great for any available round but good for all.  Most of the Tikas had a 1:14 twist which is better for the lighter rounds or a 1:8 which is good for the heavier handloads.  I have had Ruger rifle’s before and know many people who have them currently.  The American line is known as an accurate affordable rifle.  The Predator version has an adjustable trigger with no creep which I like. Going to sight it in tomorrow morning. I have 3 boxes of ammo to test. Can’t wait to get it tested and sighted in. It should be a good setup.
