Other than that o find a good Chinese plum sauce or orange sauce goes well with duck and east to make or just buy in a jar.

Am easy side is to cook up some rice in a chicken stock instead of plain water. Let it cool properly in the fridge then fry with some veggies like carrots, onions, garlic, egg, spring onion and a little oyster sauce. Fry it in butter. To be fair you can just cook up the rice in chicken stock for added flavour if your looking for a really quick side with plum sauce for the duck

@Ferg we’ve made a blackberry jam/wine sauce with cooked down with orange peels for a sauce 🤤 but this also sounds amazing! I’ll have to try that!
