    Nice pile. What is your go to recipe? I live out here on the Missouri flyway and I quit hunting them because I never found a good way to eat them.

    @Mike thank you! We mostly grind it and make a lot of jerky. We donate some also to people in need and to farmers and their families. (From their feedback they also grind theirs). We also use it when making our pet food. I am happy to give exact recipes if you’d like them, but it’s more of what your preference is and what you like to eat. I just season season season lol and similar techniques with any wild game, my motto is “it’s not just how it’s cooked it’s how it’s processed and prepared.” I truly believe that. Most wild game I make is more thrown together then following books, etc.
