    That's something to get framed.

    @Brian yes. Definitely will.

    In the words of Jamey Johnson, A picture is worth a thousand words, but you can’t see what those shades of grey can cover.

    This is such a wonderful photo... Evokes a lot of random thoughts...

    @Little I agree. My brother also found a taped hour and a half interview from 1975 that was done by a reporter for an oral history project. It’s a real trip to hear their voices again some 37 years after their passing.

    @Lisa I believe they were married 72 years when my grandpa died. Grandma lived to be 103. Hope you have some time to slow down and enjoy the season.

    @Tom That made me smile! The stories they could share! And your Grandma living to 103! <Smiling> Just wonderful! Just heading to Kentucky tomorrow to help my Mom (Parkinson's and just fell and broke her arm 3 days ago. She and her husband moved to KY from Montana last month, so they have their hands full). 15 of us to be at her place Friday. Not a huge amount, but a gathering that hasnt happened with this group of people all together since Mom has been in Montana. Of course I saw her when I lived out there. Should be a peaceful time (once the work is done), just to sit back and watch everyone have a good time. Hugs!

    @Lisa back at ya. Go help your mom and enjoy the fact she’s close enough to be able to. Merry Christmas.

First big game hunt was woodland caribou and a cow moose in Newfoundland at the age of 41. My son has been raised to respect and appreciate the hunting lifestyle. Cooking game has been the frosting on the hunting cake.
