Mandy. I’m glade you are making a stand. I wish I could sign it but I’m not from there. We are fighting bills in our country and state also. Make your stand and be heard. If people don’t think the government can do this think again.

I'm sure you have heard about the Trudeau government's plan to 'buy-back' legal, Canadian gun owners' property, using your own tax dollars!! A huge waste of tax money; over $250 000 000 (I'm sure it will cost much more), which could be used for mental health and addictions, youth programs, policing, supporting anti-gang initiatives, and securing the border to stop the flow of illegal guns into the country! All of which would actually make a difference! Instead, what is proposed is a lazy approach, to appeal to voters who don't know any better, and who fall for scare tactics, and false information. It is a lot harder to own a gun in this country than you think! The government states it will 'ban assault rifles'; these are already prohibited in Canada, plus the government does not define 'assault rifle'. If you think your family's 303, which has been passed down through generations, or your grandpa's deer rifle aren't up for confiscation, you could be very wrong!
