    My favorite! I have some growing off the edge of my yard that aren’t quite there yet. I used to love going around the farm picking them for my grandmother to make her famous pies with them!

    @James the last couple of years have been great for yield. I have had honey bees for three years now. Coincidence??

    @Derek raspberry cobbler, raspberry pie, raspberry vodka, raspberry jam. Hmmmm what should we make

    @Appalachian good luck out there. Our dogs will eat them right off the bush. This morning they were grazing under the mulberry tree. Even the dogs think they should go vegan. 🤪

    @Tom all of it!

    @Tom we have two sets of hives on our farm run by two different guys. We love them and we have noticed better yields on berrys too.

    @James do you get honey as payment for allowing the hives. My brother in N Dak gets a bunch every fall.

    @Tom yup my grandfather usually gets a bunch and distributes it to the family.

    @Tom nice, once I saw a coyote eating persimmons and channel cats eating wild grapes as the fell in the creek.

    Back home in Dalzell used to walk the old railroad tracks and pick them and eat them along the way along with mulberry and blackberries. Always wanted to make jam with them but they didn't last long enough, I'd eat them all up before then. 😋😁

First big game hunt was woodland caribou and a cow moose in Newfoundland at the age of 41. My son has been raised to respect and appreciate the hunting lifestyle. Cooking game has been the frosting on the hunting cake.
