How long did you smoke these and at what temperature?

@Dane i set the smoker to 250 and had them in there around an hour and a half. Meat thermometer read 155 when I pulled them.

@Tom awesome! I’ve got some vacuum sealed in the freezer that I’ve been trying to decide what to do with them. Believe this is what I’ll be doing. Thanks for the idea 👍

@Dane I also brine them in salt water for a couple days before I put them in the marinade.
