What kinda call was ya using   @Bruce Morrison

@Brad Luttrell my dad passed away a little over a year ago. Killed it with his gun.

Spooked the first bird off this morning going in. I thought he was in the field on the other side of the small fence row. He wasn’t. He was on my side.  Sat there for about a hr and one was gobbling on the other side of the farm  so I move across to the other side. 

I called and he gobbled in the woods to my left. I waited about 5 minutes and called again. He gobbled. I repeated this about 3 or 4 times when a gobble echoed out from my right about 500 yards through the woods. Two hens came out to my left, I called and both gobblers gobbled. The hens moved on off out of sight and I called both gobbled and I could tell the one to my right had cut the distance in at least half. I waited a few and called , both gobbled.  The one to my left came out of the woods about 100 yards but the one to my right was getting just as close. I shoot right handed so I eased around so I could get a shot at the one to the right if he got there first. There was a lot of fallen trees between me and the one to my right. Finally I called again and the one to my right gobbled close. He stepped out at 20 yards.
