Make sure you also drink plenty of water! Back when I worked 6p-6a 12s, I would subsist on coffee and monster drinks. I ended up getting a kidney stone the size of a bowling ball. 😵💫🤢 Ok, it was actually 3 mm. All I know is, that would have killed a lesser man…. 😂😂😂😂

@Gobbler back in my midnight days it was not uncommon for me to buy two monsters, get a big gulp full of ice, dump both monsters in there and sip on that all night. I am shocked that I never got them! (Knock on wood)

@James I’ve had 4 in my life. Last time (just several months ago) the fox told me my kidneys are full of them. They may not ever bother me, he says. I can say without fear of successful contradiction that passing a kidney stone is one of the most painful things a person can endure. Stay safe, brother!
