    @Tom How much do you get per gallon after boiling down?

    @Jeff After boiling down 100 gallons of sap we ended up with just under 3 gallons of syrup so for us it was about 35 to 1. That varies depending on the sugar content of the sap. Industry rule of thumb is about 42 to 1.
