Instagram: dominic.s88 My name is Dominic and I'm crazy about the outdoors. I got into hunting in 2012 when I was 24. I hunted with a rifle for 2 years but public land just got too crazy during rifle season so I bought my first bow. The following season I shot my first buck and it was with my bow. I've been hooked on bowhunting ever since. I've been blessed to get plenty of deer with both bow and rifle since but I primarily hunt with a bow because I was able to gain access on a couple small pieces closer to home that are bow only. I haven't ventured after turkeys with my bow yet but hope to at some point. Whitetails are my passion but I love turkey hunting and even ventured out on my first western hunt. I went on a two week, solo, spot-and-stalk elk hunt in CO with my bow on public land. I never got to draw on a bull but I saw a few cows and calves and called a spike in to 35 yards. Such a great experience. I enjoy fishing as well and spend many hours during the summer casting after large and small mouth bass. Pretty much anything outdoors gets me excited and I'm always eagerly looking forward to the next adventure.
