@Nick no I’m heading up to Michigan for some ice fishing …usually I’ll trim it up and cut down the arteries so it kind of unrolls into two slabs of meat and clean it up a bit then grill em like a steak

@Nick we are going to white lake township. hopefully they will have safe ice… if not we are planning to drive north till we find some
