@Roy I don’t know yet. Going to treat it like pork I suppose. I’ve never eaten javelina. If you’ve got any recommendations I’m all ears!

We hunted on the Homer Martin ranch for 5 days. Unfortunately he wanted pigs shot. We cooked up a small hog on pit. Never got a chance to take a javelina.

@Roy wild pigs are pretty tasty though! Haven’t gotten one myself but I’ve eaten it more than a few times.
