    What do you do with those elk here you have if you don’t mind me asking?

    @Casi when my parents first got into it their was a big market for elk velvet. Sense I have started looking after them it is more of a hobby for me. I still butcher around 25 head a year, working on growing the herd a bit. I have just under 100 head now.
