Undamaged Returns within 30 days
Returns made within 30 days of the purchase are eligible for a full refund. We'll pay to have your item shipped back, and undamaged and unused items will be restocked (no fee for restocking), and you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Undamaged Returns within 60 days
If you are returning an item that is over 30 days and within 60 days of the purchase, you are eligible for a GoWild store credit. GoWild will pay to have the item shipped back to us, and if it's unused and undamaged, we'll give you store credit via a gift card or a discount code. Store credits must be used within 30 days.
Damaged Products within 15 days
If you receive a GoWild product that is damaged, please let us know within 15 days after ordering. Send us a description of the problem and images, and a GoWild team member will be in touch within 48 hours.
Damaged Decals within 15 days
Damaged decals will be refunded if reported within 15 days of the original purchase.
